Acceptable Snack Foods

Here are some acceptable healthy snacks that are allowed at school.  As you know the school and government are being very careful about what the children eat at school.  Thank you for you cooperation.

 

Pretzels                                                                            animal crackers                    dry cereal

wheat crackers                                                               fruit bars                                 low fat string cheese

flavored rice cakes or mini rice cakes                      fresh seasonal fruit                      

vanilla wafers                                                                  peanutbutter crackers

fat free popcorn                                                              fruit juices

fruit, nut and/or grain trail mixes                                graham crackers

milk(non-fat or low fat, plain or flavored)                  baked tortilla chips with salsa
